I'm probably wrong, but I am not sure that you would be allowed to put a V plate onto a 50th.

Isn't there some rule about not putting a newer registration onto a car?

Great mind think alike, had Fosstec (local Landy specialist) crawl all over it - he did find that there was a dent in the rear of the tub, so that will need sorting as well.
