Hello
I am new to this forum and am on the look out for 50TH.
Pray tell, were all UK models prefixed with GB? that is to say the badges had GB prefix too? Were the numbers sequential i.e. 1 to 1071 or did it go 1 to 385 for UK then 1 to 686 for rest of the world without the GB prefix. Cheers Chaps _________________ TD5 90HT

Hello,
Yes all UK cars have GB numbers 1-386, other countries had batches.
France only had 25, F 01-25 and Germany had about 180 and Netherlands had some.
The ones that DONT have a country prefix are the Japanese ones, the just say 50th and the number.
Specs are different for each country as well. _________________ James

Just in case you didn't notice Dixie..
You mention 1 - 385, which is the recognised number sequence for the GB 50ths.
James stated 1 - 386
There were only 385 made and we know GB 386 exists
Reason - No GB 013 was badged - the old bad luck stuff _________________ Peter
